Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene strips are intact and tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
